How it all began

Chef Peter Yankov describes his dream for a restaurant in a notebook around 10 years ago. He imagines musicians photos, musical instruments, pleasant colors, cosy atmosphere, that make the guests feel comfortable and calm. Everything is followed by a career where everything turns into dream.

Born in Plovdiv, chef Peter Yankov graduated Public Nutrition School there. His career starts in the Trimontium Hotel and continues in Amsterdam Restaurant and other two restaurants in Lozenets, where he is a chef. Petru's Restaurant i s born in 2014, but the idea for a restaurant of that kind comes around 12 years earlier. Today there is three restaurants - the main, situated in Sofia and two more in Lozentes. The main idea for the restaurant in Sofia was to be with 50-60 seats but eventually it has six thematic halls. Nowadays the three restaurants are developing perfect.
